SMS Terms of Service

This includes SMS messages for appointment scheduling, appointment reminders, post-visit instructions, lab notifications, and billing notifications. SMS Messaging Terms

By subscribing to our SMS alerts, you agree to receive up to 5 messages per month regarding service updates, appointment reminders, and promotional offers. Standard message and data rates may apply.

Opt-in Process:
You can opt in by providing your mobile phone number through our online forms or by requesting SMS updates during the service booking process. By submitting your phone number, you consent to receive SMS messages from Sequoia Appliance Repair.

Confirmation Message:
After opting in, you will receive a confirmation message stating: "You’ve successfully subscribed to Sequoia Appliance Repair SMS alerts."

Opt-out Process:
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying "STOP" to any of our messages. After sending "STOP," you will receive a confirmation that you have been unsubscribed and will no longer receive SMS messages.
